These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and PunterPick ("PunterPick", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the PunterPick website, mobile application, content, data and any related service (together, the "Service"). By accessing, browsing or using the Service in any way you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.
If you do not accept these Terms without reservation, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
PunterPick is an informational, statistical and entertainment publication. The Service publishes football analysis, model-generated probability estimates, historical data, league standings and related editorial content. Nothing on the Service is, or should be construed as, betting advice, investment advice, financial advice, tax advice or a recommendation, inducement or solicitation to place any bet or wager.
PunterPick is a publisher of football analysis and nothing more. We are NOT a bookmaker, betting exchange, gambling operator, betting intermediary, affiliate, tipster service, broker, investment firm or financial institution. We do not accept, place, broker, settle or process bets or wagers of any kind. We do not hold, transmit or manage customer funds. We hold no gambling licence in any jurisdiction and do not require one, because we do not conduct gambling activity.
All content is published for general informational purposes only, on a non-personalised basis, without regard to the individual circumstances, financial position, risk tolerance or objectives of any reader.
We publish no links directing readers to any bookmaker, betting site, casino or gambling operator, and we operate no referral, affiliate or commission arrangement with any such party. We do not tell you where to bet, whether to bet, or how much to stake. Publishing statistical analysis of publicly scheduled sporting fixtures is a lawful editorial activity in the jurisdiction from which we operate, and we conduct no activity requiring a gambling, financial-services or payment licence in any territory.
The Service is provided free of charge and requires no account. There is no registration, no login, no user profile, no deposit, no withdrawal, no wallet and no payment of any kind — neither to us nor through us. We never ask you for money, card details or banking information, and any communication claiming otherwise in our name is fraudulent and should be reported to punterpickofficial@gmail.com. You browse and read; nothing more is asked of you and nothing more is offered.
Every prediction, probability, confidence rating, edge figure, accumulator, generated slip, streak, statistic and any other output of the Service is an estimate produced by statistical modelling of historical data. It is an expression of opinion at a point in time. It is not a statement of fact, not a forecast of certainty, not a guarantee and not a promise of any outcome whatsoever.
Football results are inherently uncertain and materially affected by factors that cannot be modelled, including but not limited to refereeing decisions, injuries during play, weather, individual error, tactical changes, motivation, travel, illness, deflections and chance. A prediction assigned a high confidence rating will lose, frequently and unpredictably.
WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, GUARANTEE OR ASSURANCE OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT ANY PREDICTION, SELECTION OR ANALYSIS WILL BE CORRECT, PROFITABLE, ACCURATE, TIMELY, COMPLETE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE. PAST PERFORMANCE, WHETHER PUBLISHED BY US OR NOT, IS NOT INDICATIVE OF AND CREATES NO EXPECTATION OF FUTURE RESULTS.
You acknowledge and agree that every betting, staking, financial or other decision you take is made solely by you, in your sole and absolute discretion, at your own initiative and entirely at your own risk. PunterPick does not place bets on your behalf, does not direct you to place any bet, and has no knowledge of, control over or involvement in any transaction you enter into with any third party.
You expressly and voluntarily assume all risk of loss arising from or connected in any way to your use of the Service, including the total loss of any and all amounts you stake, deposit or wager. You confirm that you are capable of bearing such loss without financial hardship and that you do not and will not rely on the Service as a source of income, livelihood or financial security.
You further acknowledge that gambling involves a substantial risk of financial loss, that the mathematical expectation of gambling is negative for the bettor over time, that no system, model, service or method can eliminate that risk, and that you have not been told otherwise by us.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PUNTERPICK, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, CONTRIBUTORS, DATA SUPPLIERS, PARTNERS AND AGENTS (TOGETHER, THE "PROTECTED PARTIES") SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, EQUITY OR ON ANY OTHER BASIS, FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON IT.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Protected Parties shall not be liable for: (a) any gambling, betting or wagering loss of any amount, however caused; (b) any lost profit, lost winnings, lost opportunity, lost expected return or unrealised gain; (c) any incorrect, inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, unavailable or missing prediction, price, score, statistic, standing or other data; (d) any error, defect, interruption, outage, latency, transmission failure or unauthorised access affecting the Service; (e) any decision, action or omission of any bookmaker, operator, payment provider or other third party; (f) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages; or (g) any emotional distress, addiction, relationship, employment, reputational or other non-financial harm.
The Service is provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment and non-infringement.
PunterPick is free to use. You pay us nothing, you owe us nothing, and we will never ask you for money — so no clause here can ever result in a charge to you.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You are responsible for what you do with the information published here. If a third party raises a claim against PunterPick because of something you did — for example a dispute with an operator in which our name is used — that remains your responsibility rather than ours.
This section does not create any payment obligation to us. PunterPick is free, and it stays free.
The Service is intended exclusively for persons who are at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum gambling age applicable where they are located. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly permit access by minors and will remove any account or content we believe belongs to a minor.
Gambling laws differ by country, state and territory, and in some places betting is restricted or prohibited entirely. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to the Service and any betting activity you undertake is lawful in your jurisdiction, and for complying with all applicable laws, licensing requirements and tax obligations. The Service is not directed at, and must not be used by, any person in a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful. We accept no responsibility for any use of the Service that contravenes local law.
The Service may contain links to, references to, or advertising for third-party websites, applications, products and services. Such links and advertisements are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement, approval, verification or recommendation by us, and we have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, terms, pricing, availability, security, practices, promotions or conduct of any third party.
Any dealing you have with a third party is solely between you and that third party. We are not a party to it and bear no liability for it. Any third party you deal with has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to that dealing rather than ours.
Data on the Service, including fixtures, odds, scores, standings and player statistics, is supplied by licensed third-party providers. While we select our providers carefully, we neither generate nor independently verify this data, and we accept no liability for any inaccuracy, omission, delay or interruption in it.
Gambling can be addictive and can cause serious financial, psychological, professional and personal harm. We publish predictions on the express understanding that betting is a form of paid entertainment and must never be treated as a means of earning money, recovering losses or resolving financial difficulty.
Never bet money you cannot comfortably afford to lose. Set a firm limit before you begin and do not exceed it. Never chase losses by increasing stakes. Never borrow, use credit or use money intended for essentials in order to bet. If gambling is causing you distress, or if someone has expressed concern about your gambling, stop and seek help.
Free and confidential support exists in most countries — organisations such as BeGambleAware, GamCare, Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous, plus the resources listed on our Responsible Gambling page. Licensed operators are also required to offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion; those tools are there if you want them.
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, frame or systematically extract content or data from the Service; resell, sublicense, redistribute or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission; interfere with, overload, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure; circumvent any technical restriction; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice and without liability, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where continued access presents a risk to us, to other users or to third parties.
All content on the Service, including text, editorial copy, layout, design, graphics, logos, the PunterPick name and marks, model outputs, compilations and software, is owned by PunterPick or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. All other use, including reproduction, republication, adaptation, distribution, public display and use for machine learning or model training, is prohibited without our prior written consent.
We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the Service, and may revise these Terms, at any time and at our sole discretion. Where a revision is material we will update the "last updated" date shown on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
We are under no obligation to maintain, update, correct or continue publishing any content, prediction or feature, and no such obligation arises from past practice.
PunterPick is operated independently. The Service is published on the open internet and may be technically reachable worldwide, but it is not directed at, marketed to, advertised in, or intended for residents of any particular country, and we do not solicit users in any specific jurisdiction. We maintain no establishment, office, branch, agent, representative, bank account or physical presence outside our own place of establishment, direct no advertising spend at any national market, offer no localised payment method, and conduct no gambling activity anywhere.
The mere accessibility of the Service in your country does not constitute the pursuit of commercial activity in that country, nor an intention to direct activity towards it. If access to the Service, or to sports-betting information generally, is restricted or unlawful where you are located, you must not use the Service; any such use is unauthorised, is in breach of these Terms, and is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to restrict, geo-block or withdraw access to all or part of the Service in any territory, and to require verification of your location or age as a condition of access.
These Terms are drafted and concluded in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only; in the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity or conflict, the English version prevails and governs.
These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator's place of establishment. If you are a consumer, any mandatory protection given to you by the law of your own country of residence still applies and nothing here limits it.
If something is wrong, the first step is simply to tell us: write to punterpickofficial@gmail.com describing the problem. Most things are a data error and are fixed the same week.
The exclusions and limitations in Section 5, and the assumption of risk in Section 4, apply to the fullest extent the applicable law permits. If any single provision turns out to be unenforceable where you live, the rest continues to apply.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of it.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PunterPick in relation to the Service and supersede all prior understandings. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, employment or joint-venture relationship.
