Football is a low-scoring, high-variance sport in which a single deflection decides matches. Long losing runs occur even in well-calibrated models. No prediction service can guarantee a winning bet, and any service claiming that it can is misleading you.
Past performance of any prediction, model, market or tipster is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Our probability estimates are generated from historical and contextual data. A model cannot see a late injury that has not been reported, a dressing-room dispute, deliberate under-performance, a coaching change taking effect, unusual weather, refereeing decisions or any other factor absent from its inputs.
Where we lack sufficient data for a competition or market, we show an empty state rather than publishing a number we do not trust. We would rather tell you we do not know than invent a figure.
