Email punterpickofficial@gmail.com. This is the channel for everything — support, questions about a prediction, bug reports and feedback. We reply as quickly as we can.
For a technical issue: your device, browser or app version, operating system and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help more than anything else.
For a prediction or data question: the fixture, the date and the market, so we can check it against the provider record quickly.
For a privacy question: just ask. We hold no accounts and no personal profiles, so in almost every case the answer is that there is nothing stored about you to access or delete — but we will explain exactly what does and does not exist.
For partnership or media: your name, your organisation and what you are proposing.
Straightforward questions are usually answered the same day. Legal and business enquiries can take longer; we acknowledge receipt first and follow up with a full response. Any formal privacy request is answered well inside the window required by applicable law.
Telegram — the daily predictions and site updates are posted to our channel. The join link is in the side menu.
Google Play — the PunterPick Android app. Ratings and reviews there genuinely help us, and bug reports through them reach us too.
Neither is required. Everything on the site is free to read in the browser with no account and no install.
PunterPick is an online-only site, so email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us.
If a score, kick-off time, league table or player figure looks wrong, tell us — include the fixture and the date. Data errors are corrected at the source and the page rebuilds itself, so a single report often fixes the same mistake for everyone.
If you see PunterPick predictions republished elsewhere as someone else’s work, or our name used to promote a service we have nothing to do with, email us with "Misuse" in the subject line.
Please do not wait to get in touch. Confidential specialist support exists and it works — our Responsible Gambling page lists direct links and helplines.
For a question about a specific prediction, the fixture and the date are enough for us to find it — every published pick is stored with the market and the price it went out at, so we can check exactly what was shown and when.
For a bug report, the page you were on and the browser you were using help more than anything else. A screenshot helps most of all. If the problem was a score or a fixture that disagreed with the official source, say which competition it was in.
For a correction, tell us what you believe is wrong and why. If a published pick was wrong because of a data error — a fixture that did not exist, a price that was never available, a line-up mis-reported upstream — we will say so on the page rather than deleting it quietly.
We are not a bookmaker and have no access to anyone's betting account. We cannot settle a bet, recover a stake, resolve a dispute with an operator, or answer questions about a deposit or withdrawal. If your question is about money you have placed somewhere, the operator you placed it with is the only party who can act on it.
We also do not give individual betting advice, run a tipping service, or take requests for predictions on particular fixtures. What we publish is published for everyone at the same time, and the methodology page explains why each fixture gets the market it gets.
We do not accept paid tips, sponsored predictions or placement in our picks. The advertising disclosure sets out what advertisers do and do not get.
We are not equipped to provide support for problem gambling and it would be wrong to pretend otherwise. The responsible gambling page lists organisations that provide free, confidential help, along with the warning signs and the practical limits worth setting.
This site is for adults aged 18 or over.
